Here is my little story; We had previously spoken to Scott years ago when he came into our neighborhood. We liked him, but were not interested in selling and moving up at that time. We kind of lost touch. Then when we were ready to buy another home years later, we got another realtor. She saw how much we were pre qualified for and she did not listen to us when we told her the amount we were comfortable with spending.
